INSTALLATION TIP To create the look of a 1 piece weatherstrip when replacing only the upper post w/s or the lower pillar w/s follow these tips. Mount both the upper post and lower hinge weatherstrips to the body and fill the junction with black w/s adhesive. Cut a small piece of Saran wrap & spray one side with Silicone. Place the sprayed side over the weatherstrip & close the door. Allow to cure before removing |
