December 2006 look at 1981 "asking prices"
	My hindsight is nearly 100% August 1981 Hemmings Motor News cars for sale. Except for the two 1975 "roadsters" these were a bargain and nicely appreciated, then and now. Something like 42 cars listed, and if you paid asking price for the lot of them - it's $1,026,500. Wonder if he would have taken $1M even? I have a buddy in Lebanon who bought his 1967 390 AC coupe from this same seller and got a beautiful car.
