The 1953 Sales Brochure is a 3 part folder, similar to a folded letter. It measures about 4" high by 7 1/2" wide when folded and 7 1/2" wide by 12" high when unfolded. The front cover is shown below.

The photo below shows the small vent on top of the fender just adjacent to the windshield ends. These vents were typical of the Mororama car and the later 56-57 models, but not 53-55 production models.
